Troop 268 typically offers a 2nd summer camp that rotates yearly among:

• Medicine Mountain Scout Ranch, Medicine Mountain, South Dakota
• Boundary Waters Canoe Trip, Northern Minnesota, Ely Area

A very fun event for scouts and adults of all ages. The Buffalo River runs through the camp which is the only Boy Scout Camp situated within a National Park.
Activities for scouts include swimming, fishing, backpacking, canoeing, rappelling, rock climbing.
Activities for adults include open pinewood derby race, cook-off, competitive skeet-shoot, bow/arrow target practice, fishing and competitive camp gadget building.
Enjoy the Boy Scouts of America's premier high-adventure base, with more than 200 square miles of rugged New Mexico wilderness. Backpacking treks, horseback cavalcades, and training and service programs offer young people many ways to experience this legendary country.
This is the main summer event for the Troop. Spend a wonderful, exciting week learning skills and earning merit badges. Watch out for the Scoutmaster, because he's watching you, be prepared for the court of dishonor.
